START on A36 in layby approx. 70 yards SE of roundabout at southern end of the Beckington bypass. Proceed north to the same roundabout where take the first exit to join the A361 and at the Oldford roundabout, left onto Frome bypass. Continue to Clink (pylon) roundabout where take second exit and continue to Blatchbridge roundabout (4.4mls). Left onto B3092, through Maiden Bradley, pass under A303 to Mere (15.4mls). Take extra care in Mere. Leave Mere on B3095 up the 1 in 7 hill then descend through two right angled bends to Kingston Deverill, continue through Monkton Deverill and Hill Deverill to A350 at Longbridge Deverill (22.3ml). Left onto A350 to Crockerton roundabout, left onto A36 to Cley Hill roundabout, straight on to Granada Services roundabout (26.9mls) Left onto A36 to FINISH at the county boundary approx. half a mile before the railway bridge at Standerwick.
