Although you can view the Bioracer site at any time, you can only place orders during the order windows advised.\u00a0<\/p><p>We strongly recommend that you read the information on the &#8216;INFO&#8217; tab of the Bioracer web shop about sizes. If you are concerned about sizing please get in touch and we may be able to help.\u00a0<\/p><p>Since everyone&#8217;s orders are aggregated by Bioracer before going to production the timeline to your delivery doesn&#8217;t start until the end of the order window, which is why we try to keep it short. In other words, even if you place your order on the first available day, it won&#8217;t go to production until the last day of the order window with everyone else&#8217;s order. If you order something and it isn&#8217;t right, then within reason we will buy it from you at cost to put into our local stock, as long as it&#8217;s unworn and in the original packaging. If you&#8217;re in any doubt over sizing we might be able to help. If you want to order a couple of sizes that&#8217;s fine, we&#8217;ll buy the one that doesn&#8217;t fit from you &#8211; but <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">please check with us before you order<\/span>.<\/p><p>Bioracer charge \u00a32.40 packing per individual order (not per item). From 2025 they increased postage to \u00a37.40 per individual order, as we thought the combination of \u00a39.80 would be a bit extreme we&#8217;ve decided to have them all sent to a single location in Bristol, saving you the postage fees. You will then be able to collect them, or if you let us know we&#8217;ll get them sent on to you at the cost of Royal Mail 48HR tracked.<\/p><p>The order process works like this:<\/p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>You follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bioracer.co.uk\/en\/mybioracer\/?r=2gz9D0zEw1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this link<\/a> to the BSCC Bioracer online shop.<\/li><li>If you haven&#8217;t ordered before, you register with Bioracer. Your details will be unique to you, there isn&#8217;t a club sign on.<\/li><li>You order and pay for your choices. If you have <a href=\"https:\/\/bristolsouthcc.co.uk\/wordpress\/volunteer\/\">VIP points<\/a> you can use these to part or part-pay; we&#8217;ll reimburse you on production of your Bioracer receipt. New for 2025: Bioracer are offering payment by Klarna to spread the cost.<\/li><li>Your order will usually be delivered about 6-8 weeks later.
