This page explains how the order process with Bioracer works, once you’ve been advised that the order window is open. Although you can view the Bioracer site at any time, you can only place orders during the order windows advised.
The range changed in 2023, so we strongly recommend that you read the information on the ‘INFO’ tab of the Bioracer web shop. If you are concerned about sizing please get in touch and we may be able to help. A lot of the kit held in stock locally is from before the update, and on the whole it’s a little bit cheaper. However, the design refresh didn’t make any big changes and the look is still the same.
Since the everyone’s orders are aggregated by Bioracer before going to production, the timeline to your delivery doesn’t start until the end of the order window, which is why we try to keep it short. In other words, even if you place your order on the first available day, it won’t go to production until the last day of the order window with everyone else’s.
If it’s your first time it works like this:
- You follow this link to the BSCC Bioracer online shop.
- If you haven’t ordered before, you register with Bioracer. Your details will be unique to you, there isn’t a club sign on.
- You order and pay for your choices. If you have VIP points you can use these to part or part-pay; we’ll reimburse you on production of your Bioracer receipt.
- Your order will usually be delivered about 6-8 weeks later. This can vary depending on the time of year and how busy they are.
If you don’t want to wait that long we do have a small amount of stock, so if you want something right now you can buy it through our local club webshop here. Stock levels of each item are viewable on there by clicking on ‘More Details’, then ‘View Stock’ for the item you’re interested in. You can arrange to collect these stock items in person (from Nailsea) if you want to save on time and postage, otherwise postage is calculated at checkout. It’s all sent at cost, via Royal Mail and insured at the appropriate value.
